This is a checklist to help attendees with the booking process and the various elements involved, depending on what you want to do over the weekend.
SUBMITTING YOUR FILM
This is done via Film Freeway. Please use their site here:

BOOKING FOR THE LIVE EVENT
To book for the event, then please select which option you want from the ordering options here and pay online:
Once you have booked you will receive an email with the Hotel Reservation code on. This gives the discounted rate for rooms at the Event Hotel. PLEASE NOTE: The code does not become available until closer to the event, so the code will be sent out when it becomes available.
All hotel booking is done direct with the hotel and not through us, so please contact them in the event of any questions:

GALA DINNER
If you have booked for the Gala Dinner, then please let us know about any food allergies and intolerances here. There is just one main food option for the dinner, and so if you are vegetarian or vegan or have any allergies, then please let us know and they will be catered for.
THE SYKEHOUSE LITERARY AWARDS
If you wish to submit your work for the Sykehouse Literary Awards, then please head to this page on the site and fill in the form you will find there:

EVENT PARTICIPATION PROGRAMMING FORM
If you are a filmmaker or author and would like to take part in the various panels over the weekend, then please fill in this form. We cannot guarantee that you will get a slot, but the information will help us schedule the weekend effectively. Please note there is a cutoff for this of 5 weeks prior to the event. If you do not register and let us know before this, then any participation will be best endevours only, and also the event programme will have been finalised and printed, and so you will not be included in it.
Also, please send a headshot for the programme to admin@slhfilmfest.com. Please ensure this is at least 300dpi for good reproduction.
